Ari Saft

Ari has spent her career building products that simplify complexity and create meaningful impact, first in education and now in healthcare. After graduating from Stanford with a degree in International Relations, Ari began as a Teach for America teacher, where she saw firsthand how technology could transform the classroom. That experience inspired her to move into edtech, and ultimately into healthcare.

Today, as VP of Product at Tia, Ari leads Product Management and Virtual Support which includes Patient Success, Care Coordination, and Product Enablement. Her expertise lies in taking a holistic, systems-level approach to product development—integrating technology, operations, and clinical workflows to improve patient outcomes while driving growth and efficiency. She’s passionate about using human-centered design, data, and agile thinking to make healthcare work better. For Ari, leadership is about building scalable solutions that empower both patients and providers.
